Welcome to Fundraizer. By using our website or creating an account, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Fundraizer

Fundraizer is a platform that allows users to create fundraising campaigns, donate to causes, and share stories. You must be 18 years or older to create a campaign or manage funds. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information and follow all applicable laws.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure
  • Ensuring the information in your profile and campaigns is truthful
  • Any activities that occur under your account

Note: Fundraizer may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Campaigns and Content

When you create a campaign:

  • You must ensure all information is honest, clear, and not misleading
  • You must use all raised funds exactly for the stated purpose
  • You must own or have permission to use all photos, videos, and content uploaded
  • You grant Fundraizer permission to display and promote your campaign publicly

Note: Fundraizer may remove campaigns that are fraudulent, harmful, illegal, misleading, or violate our guidelines.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of proven fraud or special investigations. Fundraizer does not guarantee that campaigns will reach their goals or that outcomes will occur as stated.

5. Fees

You agree that Fundraizer may charge platform fees and processing fees. These fees will be clearly shown during withdrawals or donation processing.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

Campaign owners may withdraw funds after completing all required verification. Delays caused by banks or mobile money providers are outside Fundraizer’s control. Fundraizer may temporarily hold funds if suspicious activity or disputes arise.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Fundraizer for:

  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Political deception or manipulation
  • Funding activities that violate community guidelines

Note: Fundraizer reserves the right to remove any campaign at our discretion.

8. Privacy

By using Fundraizer, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Public campaign information (name, story, images) will be visible to anyone who views the platform.

9. Platform Responsibility

Fundraizer provides a space for fundraising but:

  • We do not guarantee campaign success
  • We are not responsible for how campaign owners use funds
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from user actions, inaccurate content, or third-party services
  • Users interact and donate at their own discretion.
