Please include the campaign link or transaction reference in your message so we can look it up quickly. If you're the campaign organizer, send the email associated with your Fundraizer account.
First, check your email and bank or mobile-money statement to confirm whether the charge actually completed; sometimes the receipt is delayed even when the donation went through. If you were charged but don't see the donation reflected on the campaign, message us with the date, amount, payment method, and the campaign link. We'll trace the transaction with our payment provider and either confirm it, retry it, or refund you within three to five business days.
